THE ROLE
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, the position is a key leader of financial processes and change management within the global finance organization. The role focuses on managing and enhancing financial processes, controls, configuration, and adoption of financial systems across the organization. As such, the role requires exceptional leadership, change management skills, and a deep understanding of finance operations to lead continued success in central systems adoption.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITES
+ Lead team providing maintenance and management of the Company’s ERP (D365 F&O) and adjacent systems, including management of the master data, configuration, and security maintenance support.
+ Advance cost accounting processes within the ERP project module supporting enhanced accounting controls, working capital management, and margin analytics.
+ Ensure new locations are configured and tested in the ERP environment expeditiously and in alignment with business strategy.
+ Ensure ERP support ticket volume is consistently and accurately managed.
+ Manage size and cost of the team, coordinating staffing strategy to ensure delivery goals are met.
+ Act as systems leader for all finance transformation activities, coordinating ERP configuration and implementations to align with the strategic financial objectives.
+ Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the finance function, including but not limited to assessment and redesign of local and back-office accounts payable and accounts receivable.
+ Champion operational efficiencies through the strategic use of automation and systems integration.
+ Support upskilling and systems training efforts across the global organization.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

+ Experience working with advanced ERP environments (D365 F&O a plus) as well as BI products.
+ Experience designing and managing system-integrated financial controls to comply with SOX.
+ Strong accounting knowledge, including cost accounting, inventory, fixed assets, and internal controls.
+ Experience validating and migrating financial data as part of implementation or transformation projects.
+ Exceptional communication skills with ability to present and explain technical information to audiences with varying degrees of technical proficiency.
+ Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and systems reporting skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent experience)
+ Strong project management experience: proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
+ Strategic thinker capable of translating a vision into tactical execution.
+ Experience in private equity owned company.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
+ Working knowledge of company(s) with distributed Live Event, Retail, Hospitality or Food & Beverage
+ CPA or CMA a plus
+ Microsoft suite including the Power platform.
+ Experience with systems integrations, including POS, human capital management.
+ Experience with PowerBI, warehouse analytics, AI, GenAI
