Arrow Exterminators is looking for a VP of Human Resources to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of HR including disciplinary action, investigations, team member grievances, training and other duties as required.\n

Position Summary\n
The Vice President of Human Resources (VP of HR) for Arrow Exterminators, is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. The VP of HR will oversee daily HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and compliance. This team member will work closely with our other HR Team(s)-benefits and payroll. The VP of HR will act as a key advisor to the CHRO providing leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent.\n

Strategic Leadership:\n\nPartner with CHRO and leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and programs to support business growth.\nServe as a trusted advisor to CHRO on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.\nCollaborate with other support teams and leadership (Arrow University, IT, Finance as example)\n\n

Talent Management:\n\nLead efforts to attract, recruit, and retain top talent to meet the company's needs.\nOversee Turnover analytics and data for company.\nDesign and execute performance management systems that drive accountability and reward excellence.\nManage Arrow's Target Discussion performance management process\n\n

Employee Engagement and Culture:\n\nPromote a positive and engaging company culture.\nDrive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.\n\n

Compliance:\n\n Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.\nAnnual Handbook Review\nAnnual Policy Review\nMitigate organizational risk by maintaining best practices in labor relations, and employee relations.\nPartner with CHRO who manages EEOC claims\nEnsure EEO-1 Reporting is completed Annually\n\n

Organizational Development:\n\nChampion training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.\nWork with Arrow University to develop management HR training programs\n\n

HRIS Subject Matter Expert:\n\nDetermine if HRIS is meeting needs of company, offer suggestions and plans for future improvements and needs for growth of company. \nMaintain partnership and relationship with HRIS provider\n\n

Qualifications\n
Education and Experience:\n\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\n7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior\/ HR role.\nProven track record of building and leading high-performing HR teams.\nProfessional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar. (Preferred)\nExperience in service-related industries, specifically pest control industry. (Preferred)\n\n
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\n\nDeep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.\nExceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.\nExpertise in organizational development and talent acquisition\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.\n\n
