Ensures the branches continually meet federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding the certification and licensure process. Supports the company strategic initiatives and success for service execution.
Qualifications RN licensed in the State of Georgia is required.Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.Must have demonstrated experience in health service administration with at least five years in a supervisory or administrative capacity. Must have at least five years demonstrated experience in direct management for a large, multiple-site Medicare certified home health or hospice.Must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing the operation of a home health or hospice.Must not have been employed in the last year as an administrator with another operation at the time any enforcement action was taken against the business; further described in the company compliance policies.Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills.Education and experience, state specific

Must possess a valid state driver licenseMust maintain automobile liability insurance as required by lawMust be able to obtain licensure in each state within the assigned territory.
