Vice President of Parts Sales - Western Region

Position Overview International has a great opportunity for a Vice President of Parts Sales - West to oversee the West North American Parts Sales Team including Dealer Parts Sales. The position will be based out of our corporate Headquarters in Lisle and report into the Vice President, Parts Commercial. The International Parts Group supports our International and IC Bus products, as well as other product lines with our Fleetrite, ReNEWed and Diamond Advantage parts brands. Each offers a wide selection of truck, trailer and powertrain service parts. Responsibilities Directs and develops sales strategy, operational plans, tactics, and processes that will drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Develop, execute, and oversee strategies and plans to achieve or exceed the set business targets within certain territories. Develop new business. Participate in or negotiate strategic or high value sales. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Establish and implement processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization’s operations. Coach and train in order to build and manage a productive sales team. Manage Regional and local Sales Directors and Account Managers. Build relationships with dealers and other customers. Interacts internally and externally with executive level management. Over 75%+ travel is required Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 12 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge At least 4 years of management experience OR Master’s degree At least 10 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge At least 4 years of management experience OR At least 14 years of sales experience and/or product knowledge At least 4 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
