Red Rock Casino, Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Player Development to lead and oversee the strategic direction of our Player Development department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in gaming, hospitality, and guest relationship management, with a proven track record of maximizing player loyalty, retention, and revenue growth. As the VP of Player Development, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that elevate the guest experience, drive VIP player engagement, and expand Red Rock’s position as a premier destination for gaming and resort experiences.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years experience in the gaming, hospitality, or resort industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Player Development, VIP services, or similar areas. Proven track record of developing and executing successful player development strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. In-depth knowledge of casino operations, loyalty programs, and guest experience management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with top-tier players and senior executives. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy. Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and innovation.
