Vice President of Product Engineering
As our VP of Product Engineering, you'll shape the direction of our product lines to meet the evolving needs of our diverse, global customer base. You'll be at the forefront of product development and innovation, working with suppliers and customers on the cutting edge of their industries to identify needs before the market even knows they exist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for: + Defining and championing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for OnLogic's diverse hardware portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. + Fostering strong partnerships with our Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain teams, and other key stakeholders to gather market intelligence, identify customer pain points, and develop go-to-market strategies. + Inspiring and empowering a high-performing team of engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence. + Overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing and launch, ensuring products are technically feasible, meet customer needs, and achieve business objectives. + Driving continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering organization, optimizing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, differentiated products. + Effectively managing budgets, resources, and capacity planning for both product management and engineering teams. + Staying abreast of industry trends, including the growing demand for hardware and software solutions, and incorporating those insights into product strategies. + Cultivating relationships with suppliers and industry partners to drive innovation and strategic advantages. We believe that the best ideas come from working together, openly sharing knowledge, and challenging each other to think differently. + Learn more about Life at OnLogic (https://www.onlogic.com/about/careers/life-at-onlogic/) Requirements + Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and engineering leadership roles within the computer hardware or electronics industry. + Deep understanding of hardware and software development processes. + Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including product management, electrical, mechanical, software, and regulatory engineering. + Proven ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop product strategies that drive growth and innovation. + Demonstrable experience building high-performing teams and empowering growth. + A bias for action, a passion for results, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. + Satisfactory completion of a background check.
