Vice President of Sales

Vice President of Sales Client is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Vice President of Sales. The Vice President of Sales will cultivate key brand relationships, develop sales channel strategy, evaluate programming and execution, provide insights and analysis, and forecast opportunities and risks. This role will lean into agile revenue growth by implementing effective and scalable strategy that yields measurable results. The Vice President of Sales' success is measured in sustained and sustainable revenue growth. As Client grows, the Vice President of Sales will work with marketing to continue the development of a multi-channel strategy. This remote position includes significant travel to key markets and to meet with potential and existing partners. Key Responsibilities + Build scalable sales program, from projections to pricing + Work closely with CEO to establish and achieve targets and KPI's + Cultivate and manage partnerships to hospitality and retail brands + Implement sales strategy to increase placements and grow qualitative distribution + Develop programming and initiatives to maximize brand visibility and opportunities + Serve as a key stakeholder in regional marketing initiatives + Represent company to partners, clients and consumers Preferred Experience and Skills: + 5+ years of sales leadership, alcohol beverage and national sales preferred + Advanced experience in Excel and CRM + Strong communication skills, including presentation and written communication + Data analysis and reporting: developing insights and strategy from new and existing data + Analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skill Ideal Candidate: + Is driven by personal success and company altruism + Honors the importance of an inclusive environment + Holds ownership of personal impact on company's success + Believes in continual learning and curiosity-fueled problem solving + Enjoys multi-tasking in fast-paced environments; prioritizes and manages time well + Values the power of communication in bringing people together + Possesses the confidence and innovation to pursue new ideas and action-based change Vice President of Sales to receive competitive compensation package, including opportunities for commission and bonus.
