As Vice President of Sales of XBS West, A Xerox Company, you are responsible for leadership, profitability, growth, and direction of our region. You are responsible to plan and develop, implement, and execute a sales plan to fulfill the growth and revenue goals. You will manage all aspects of the sales function that includes sales incentives, outsides sales, new hires, and sales training. You will rely on your extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Our Vice President of Sales must reside in Seattle-Washington, Portland-Oregon, or Reno-Nevada

Travel: must be willing to travel every week or minimum 2 full weeks a month


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct all aspects of achieving sales objectives, market share growth and initiativesResponsible for employee retention, hiring, and development of sales teamResponsible for developing business plans that include goals, objectives and strategies that ensure budget attainment of sales goals, margins, and direct selling expenses to meet profit goalsProvide timely feedback to management regarding individual salespeople's activities / performance and sales forecastsResponsible for ensuring maximum sales volume for products, services and solutions providedControl expensesAbility to mentor and grow the skills of the sales teamMay assist team in preparation of proposals and presentationsEnsure that company policies and procedures are communicated and implementedBuild key customer relationships (external and internal) and implement strategies for expanding the client baseResponsible for all aspects of the sales functions within their locationServes as an articulate, passionate, and visible executive leader
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for all assigned salespeopleLeads and directs the work of othersRegularly meets with Sales Leadership on individual as well as team performanceResponsible for the development and career progression of current teamEffectively communicates and provides insights to each individual's progress, development and opportunities for improvement

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and a minimum of 5 years of field sales management and/or specialist experience Direct B2B sales experience in our industry is preferred but others will be considered
