ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the West Central region to ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability targets.Regularly forecast and develop branch sales quotas, including project sales volume and profits.Monitor sales activity, tracking account penetration, gross margins, and accounts receivable.Ensure all branches are appropriately resourced to achieve sales goals and provide training opportunities for new hires. The current team is 70+ sales professionals with 6-8 direct reportsEffectively prioritize resources against the most significant commercial opportunities.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain excellent customer and external relationships.Develop "stickiness" with customers, ensuring attraction and retention.Ensure all branches operate with a unified goal of achieving Imperial Dade's growth targets and foster a collaborative team with a culture of continuous improvement QualificationsYou have:
10+ years of sales leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to drive & achieve results while enhancing a positive work environment. The ability to be based in one of our major Central region offices: Missouri (Kansas City or Hazelwood) or Minneapolis, MNThe flexibility to travel frequently Bachelor's degree, strongly preferred
