Role Overview:
The Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Europe will lead and execute the sales and marketing strategy to drive market share growth and revenue across Europe. The role will focus on fostering strategic relationships with key accounts, managing a high-performing team, and expanding into new markets. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leader will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a preferred partner in the European semiconductor landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust sales and marketing strategy tailored to the European market to drive revenue and exceed growth targets.Lead and mentor a team of regional Sales Managers and Marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and optimizing performance.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts across sectors, ensuring alignment with customer needs and building long-term partnerships.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging markets and product segments.Collaborate closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies and successful customer integrations.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, address market needs, and adapt strategies as needed.Set annual revenue, profit, and growth targets and oversee the successful achievement of these metrics.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the European region.Strong understanding of semiconductor technology and market dynamics within automotive, industrial, and telecommunications sectors.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive team development, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in English and another European language (preferred).Preferred Skills:
