As Vice President of Client Partnerships, you will lead the sales and customer success organization that is responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and managing high value SMB advertisers using Paramount Ads Manager. You will lay the foundation of a new team who is responsible for introducing CTV advertising to first-time TV buyers.
Role can be based in NYC or LA/San Francisco.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage a team of individual New Business Client Partners and oversee the Customer Success organization New Business Prospecting: Proactively close deals with key clients and agencies as an individual contributor, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction Client Strategy: Develop a consultative sales approach to acquire and retain high value advertisers using Paramount Ads Manager Operational Excellence: Define tools and process that allow internal and external workflows to scale Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of SMB new business initiatives, regularly analyzing performance data and making data-driven recommendations Sales Targets: Fully own revenue attainment for SMB advertisers using Paramount Ads Manager Cross Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition, sales, and customer success
Basic Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in digital media sales with 5+ years in managing a team. Platform experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Additional Qualifications:
Strong understanding of sales tools for prospecting and client outreach at scale Knowledge of performance advertising and measurement solutions, including conversion pixels, media mix modeling, and attribution modeling Proven ability to lead meetings with senior executives

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $270,000.00 - 300,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
