Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations
Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc.

Come join a team where People make the difference!  As a part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., a highly decentralized organization, we rely heavily on people with the aptitude, attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit to drive our success, and we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent.

About The Job

Though you may not know us by name, you’ve most likely enjoyed meals and refreshments supported by our industry-leading brand portfolio. For decades, we’ve designed and manufactured foodservice equipment for some of the world’s biggest, most recognized consumer brands. We are driven to innovate with a clear purpose in mind: revolutionize the future of foodservice.

The Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations is a hands-on executive leader, accountable for the end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations across a multinational portfolio of brands within the foodservice equipment space. We are entrepreneurial at heart and value leaders who are not afraid to “roll up their sleeves” to drive results alongside their teams.

This transformational leader will spearhead efforts to modernize operations, creating a flat, empowered organization where accountability and execution go hand-in-hand. By advancing automation, lean practices, and team empowerment, the VP will deliver step-change improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery (OTD), and cost efficiency. This role reports directly to the Company President and will be based in McAllen, Texas or Carol Stream, Illinois.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership and Tactical Execution:

Develop and execute a supply chain and operations strategy aligned with growth and transformation goals, with a willingness to dive into operational challenges and lead by example.

Be a visible, engaged leader who works closely with teams at every level to foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and empowerment.

End-to-End Operations Ownership:

Oversee all aspects of supply chain and manufacturing operations, including health & safety, procurement, site operations, corporate and supplier quality, sales & operations planning (S&OP), finished goods distribution, and automation.

Balance big-picture strategy with a hands-on approach to daily operations, ensuring alignment and execution.

Transformational Leadership:

Drive a shift from traditional, hierarchical structures to a flat, empowered organization where leaders own results and are actively involved in execution.

Champion organizational design principles that reduce matrix relationships, empower leaders to own their operations end-to-end, and flatten the organization to bring senior leaders closer to daily execution.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

Embed a culture of continuous improvement, engaging directly with teams to identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to address them.

Leverage advanced analytics and supply chain management tools to forecast demand, optimize inventory, and identify process improvements.

Team Empowerment:

Mentor and develop leaders who are accountable for their operations, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of ownership at every level.

Align team structures and responsibilities to reduce complexity and enhance decision-making speed and clarity.

Risk Management:

Develop and oversee risk mitigation strategies across the supply chain and manufacturing operations to minimize disruptions and improve responsiveness to market changes.

Who You Are

Transformational Leader: A visionary executive who can drive large-scale operational changes while inspiring teams at all levels.

Hands-On Leader: You lead from the front, getting into the details when necessary to support and guide your team while fostering empowerment.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can create impact by building solutions, not just delegating them.
