Vice President of Total Rewards
Overview The Vice President of Total Rewards will lead the strategic development, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation, benefits and wellness programs for the UF Health Clinical Enterprise. This role will focus on attracting, motivating, and retaining a high-performing workforce by ensuring that our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organizational goals. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership, Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, Employee Engagement, Compliance and Governance and Team Leadership. Qualifications Minimum Education and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management. Minimum of 5 years in a large health care system. Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefit plan design, and employee engagement strategies. Proven track record of successful program implementation and leadership in large organizations. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. License/Certification Requirement: n/a Motor Vehicle Designation: Non-frequent Driver
