The primary objective of the VP of Preconstruction role is to manage the process and local resources that provide quality preconstruction services to clients. Further, to strategically partner with local operations leaders to help Skanska develop and grow its business with well-conceived project plans and sound risk management mitigations. This position reports to and receives direction from the Regional SVP of Preconstruction or the or the National EVP of Project Planning Services and coordinates with and provides the services to meet the needs of the local office operations and business development leaders. This position will oversee all preconstruction resources in the local office.
Vice President of Preconstruction Required Qualifications:
15+ years full time relevant industry experience10+ years demonstrated Preconstruction Phase experience (either working in Preconstruction directly or working as an Operations Leader guiding projects thru the Preconstruction Phase of Projects)Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum of 15 years prior relevant experienceOur Investment in you:
