Vice President - Receivables Operations (Cebu)

As a Vice President within Receivables Operations, you will manage the day to day Operations. The person will require strong people management skills along with managing key business deliverables. The role/ position would also assume the responsibilities of managing large teams, it involves close coordination and working with other client operations sites to ensure business goals and objectives are met. 

Job responsibilities:

Manage daily volumes / operational tasks and EOD completion within the SLA Review staffing and volume trends to ensure the optimal capacity plan is in place.  Touchbase regularly with partner locations on workflow strategy and present the Monthly Business reviews with Senior Leadership Team Develop an environment of continuous focus on quantifiable productivity and quality. Conduct constant and regular review for direct reports. Set expectations with direct reports, regarding positive motivation and leading through accountability Develop an environment of continuous focus on productivity and quality.  Conduct constant and regular review of processes and performance with focus on improving departmental competency.   Identify business knowledge gaps and ensure everyone has ownership of deliverables.  Develop and lead a team that is responsive to dynamic organizational and operational changes. Foster and champion High Performance Culture where people are empowered to make decisions that affect the work/environment. Manage overall Performance Management and Talent Review process 

 

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: 

Qualified professional (Graduate or higher) with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in transaction processing Operations or any graduate with a higher vintage and strong team management experience in operational environment  Experience and a strong working knowledge of various aspects of Operation Management. Excellent communication, presentation (both oral and written) & influencing skills Strong ability in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business / stakeholders A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow through; Escalate issues as appropriate. Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels. Proven leadership and people management skills. Proven ability to build strong business relationships within the site and across the business.  Ability to use creative problem solving techniques to solve business issues.  An acute client focus. Strong project management and analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience of working / partnering with Risk, Audit and Compliance to ensure that the overall organizational objectives are met Strong presentation skills with the ability to create executive presentations  Ability to work overtime as needed and be flexible on work schedule (24/7 work environment)
