The Vice President of Sales and Marketing for is responsible for leading the CSC Corptax business unit’s sales and marketing teams, developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and improve market share. This executive role involves close collaboration with other senior executives to align the company's sales strategies with its overall business goals.
Some of the things you will be doing:
Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet the company's business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Product Development Collaboration: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market needs. Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales and marketing efforts. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on sales and marketing performance to the executive team. Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably within the fintech or accounting/tax software industry. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Deep understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and marketing strategies. Ability for 20% travelSkills and Competencies:
