Responsibilities:      

Design and develop complex requirements to accomplish business goals.

Ensure that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements.

Ensure solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and that testing is built in from the outset.

Contribute to story refinement and define requirements.

Participate in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle.

Perform spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.

Design, automate, and maintain large scale, enterprise-wide web applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.

Develop and consume web services including different technologies and standards including SOAP and REST.

Design and implement application software using Eclipse and build tools including Maven and Ant.

Work knowledge on database SQL and Oracle.

Design test-driven automation frameworks using middleware technologies SOAPUI.

Engineer and design continuous integration, continuous deployment, GIT source control, Jenkins automation, and build tool.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

Required Skills & Experience:     

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related; and

5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.

Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing, automating, and maintaining large scale, enterprise-wide web applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot;

Developing and consuming web services including different technologies and standards including SOAP and REST;

Designing and implementing application software using Eclipse and build tools including Maven and Ant;

Working knowledge on database SQL and Oracle;

Engineering and designing continuous integration, continuous deployment, GIT source control, Jenkins automation, and build tool.
