RESPONSIBILITIES:      

Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

Responsible for strategic direction and product management for Equity Award solutions for small, middle market and large companies.

Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution.

Involve in multiple and complex product development initiatives, working with relationship and internal teams on equity product management items and new client opportunities.

Provide innovative value propositions and product solutions that address needs of the affluent and high net worth customer.

Develop and maintain product strategic plan and project performance metrics and forecasts.

Gather and analyze market trends, competition, and client feedback to identify requirements for product enhancements and new features.

Apply solution design tools and techniques collaborating with application architects, development teams, UX designers, and other stakeholders to build technology solutions.

Use the Agile development methodology to manage the product backlog and prioritize feature development, including the use of Jira and the ability to author epics and stories.

Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure timely product releases, adoption and error rates using Salesforce, MicroStrategy, Channel Analytics, and system logs.

Develop test strategy, test plans and test cases for cross functional integration and user acceptance testing of new features prior to market release.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related; and

3 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.

Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:

Gathering and analyzing market trends, competition, and client feedback to identify requirements for product enhancements and new features;

Applying solution design tools and techniques collaborating with application architects, development teams, UX designers, and other stakeholders to build technology solutions;

Using the Agile development methodology to manage the product backlog and prioritize feature development, including the use of Jira and the ability to author epics and stories;
