The Vice President of Wellness will lead regional nursing teams to drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and positive health outcomes for our residents. The VPW will promote the effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources, and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, emotional and wellness outcomes in accordance with federal, state, local, company standards and established policies and procedures and as directed by the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Wellness.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Support, collaboration and oversight of clinical care, clinical standards for the assigned regional community portfolio and the oversight of electronic health records (e-HR) and electronic medication administration records (e-MAR) programs for assigned communities.Responsible for implementation of BSL programs and practices that create positive health outcomes and increase length of stay for residentsOversight of Clinical Site Visit program to assure execution and compliance of BSL Clinical Standards with On-site assistance for regulatory visits as-neededReview regulatory l Statement of Deficiencies (SOD), approve regulatory Plans of Corrections, prior to ED submission, support and monitor community compliance with the POC.Maintain detailed Survey / Regulatory Tracking System and report regulatory survey activity to the VPO and Key Clinical Indicator Dashboard support, training and collaboration with the Vice President of Operations, Executive Director and Director of WellnessResponsible for communication to COO, SVPW, VPO on state regulatory changes for assigned communities.Collaborate update needs for Clinical Policies and procedures and monitor compliance.Works as the liaison with state licensing agencies for assigned communities and assure 3rd party healthcare provider service meet the care and service needs for residents.Create strategic partnerships with universities and healthcare organizations.

Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
