Building of Unique SAM ServicesBuilding of Unique PackagesBuilding of Channel MapsPopulate/groom Channel MapsAdvanced knowledge of Video Compression: MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H264, HEVC, J2K, etc.Advanced knowledge of Audio Compression: Dolby AC3, Dolby Digital Plus, AAC, etcExperience with CISCO (DNCS) video delivery systems

Day to Day/Project: Channel launch / replacement work to include cleanup of replaced channels

Perform channel launch preparation and data gathering, build out MOP, create tickets and coordinate Charter resources.

For each maintenance window, confirm readiness and scheduling details.

In a maintenance window, following the MOP, perform channel launch.

For each launch maintenance window, report status of success or rollback/no go outcome

Provide monthly accrual/billing information to track progress of completion of work.
