WBFF-TV in Baltimore is seeking a part-time News Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality video production for our newscasts. Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble video for newscasts using a non-linear editing system, meeting tight deadlines. Collaborate with producers and crews to ensure timely and accurate video delivery. Communicate effectively to resolve any workflow issues that may impact the broadcast. Record video from various local and external sources, and manage live video signal routing. A strong interest in news and current events is a plus. Experience with non-linear editing systems, particularly Avid, is preferred.

The hourly compensation for this role is $19.97. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Part time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, paid sick leave and employee stock purchase plan.
