The Lifeway Media team is seeking a Video Producer | Hybrid as a vital to Media-Publishing success, working in all stages—from pre-production and production to post-production and delivery. This role serves as the point-person to in-house publishing partners, collaborating closely with Creative Producer/Directors to manage practical aspects such as scheduling, legal matters, logistics, approvals, and final delivery.

Responsibilities Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom workServe as the primary contact for publishing partners, facilitating project successCollaborate with internal and external partners to execute publishing projectsProvide leadership for teams and projectsManage project development, production dates, and budgetsSupport production, partners, and authors on-site during productionCoordinate crew contracting, location agreements, permits, and insurance certificatesOversee travel reservations (hotel, air, and ground)Supervise talent auditions, contracting, and related logisticsTrack post-production processes, approvals, and delivery of the final productEnsure all projects are educationally and biblically sound20-25% travel required, often overnight Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communication, broadcasting/film/fine arts, or equivalent experience (5+ years).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experiences, required
3+ year media project budget management 5+ years management of multiple priorities and assignments 5+ years video or creative production Fundamental understanding of video production Demonstrated customer relations skills, both internal and external clientsStrong written and verbal communication Commitment to deadlines and attention to detailStrong time management skillsProblem-solving skills, especially when working with creativesActively participating in an evangelical Christian church
