(onsite)Job Type: W2 hourly contract, 35-40 hours/week, 6+ monthsCompensation Range: $40-48/hrAs a Creative Video Producer with our Big 4 consulting client, you'll lead and manage complex video and audio projects from concept to execution, including planning, budgeting, storyboarding, scripting, and production. Working in a state-of-the-art video studio in Washington, D.C., you'll collaborate with internal clients to transform their messages into compelling visual narratives that align with strategic business objectives. You'll conduct video interviews, coach senior leaders on camera performance, mentor team members, and deliver innovative, high-quality video and animation content. Responsibilities:Creative Leadership and Production Management
Lead end-to-end video production processes, including planning, budgeting, storyboarding, scripting, and execution.
Manage and operate corporate TV studio facilities, including directing and switching multicamera shots.
Oversee on-location and remote video shoots, as well as Zoom recording sessions for simulive webcasts.
Direct and supervise creative talent, including interviewing and coaching "C-suite" executives for video projects.
Ensure technical excellence in operating video/DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting, and sound equipment.
Strategic Collaboration and Client Engagement
Work directly with clients to assess needs and provide innovative, creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, fostering trust and collaboration.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional results.
Strategize and consult with internal clients to transform content into engaging visual narratives.
Innovation and Team Development
Guide and mentor project teams to drive creativity and innovation in deliverables.
Lead the adoption of new technologies and train team members on emerging tools and techniques.
Promote a culture of collaboration and excellence across geographically dispersed teams.
Technical and Project Management Excellence
Operate and maintain advanced video production tools and software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Encoder, and Final Cut Pro.
Manage multiple complex projects using tools such as Adobe Workfront.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of video production techniques and digital information systems.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications:Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in radio, television, film, mass communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a video producer in a corporate or fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services.
Proven track record in managing corporate video production and operations in a TV studio setting.
Technical Skills
Expertise in operating video and DSLR cameras, lighting, sound equipment, and editing software.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Encoder), Final Cut Pro, and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills with experience using Adobe Workfront.
