Responsibilities Assist with the creation of organic social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, Pinterest) Create ads for distribution for social channels Develop as for marketing strategies to attract users to the platform and social channels Design content and other fun activities to enhance user engagement Edit footage content for all video channels - strong editing experience and background Write copy, titles, descriptions, and blogs for social content and website content Investigate news tips as needed and create segments  Ability to use cameras, mics and lighting for filming including TV news spots Ability to have flexible schedule as shooting schedules vary On-Camera talent is necessary when needed  Organization and multitasking ability is required
