Using creative expertise and strong technical skills will help showcase why D.R. Horton is recognized as an industry leader.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Present and share ideas in meetings with key project stakeholdersOrganize and maintain video files and assets using the team’s file structureEnsure video quality meets platform standards across multiple digital placementsColor correct and grade footage to ensure our videos look the bestEdit and assemble raw footage into awesome video sequencesUse expertise to keep the visual elements and quality consistent throughout the entire video production processCollaborate with project managers from different teams to help with creative concept development, pre-production, filming, and post-production workPrepare equipment for on-location shoots and make sure it's returned to the appropriate storage areasAssess equipment needs for upcoming productionsTest out new production equipment along with your innovative conceptsKeep storage areas and studios organized, clean, and safeNever stop learning Keep up to date on the latest video production processes and equipment.Additional creative projects in support of the marketing teamConducts all business in a professional and ethical mannerAbility to work overtimeD.R. Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected in times of changeCollaboration and feedback – Receptive and willing to give and receive constructive feedbackPossess a strong video project portfolio showing off your best workAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for the majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
