Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users. The Integrated Sector (IS) Video team drives a YouTube business, strategy and promoter enablement in partnership with Large Customer Sales (LCS) pods and sector leadership. The team works across a variety of United States brands in Telecom, Travel, Health and Financial Services. In this role, you will help to inspire, inform and empower Account Managers (AMs) to confidently activate and move quickly throughout our video suite of products and teams.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . + Partner with business teams to provide YouTube business growth driving support, through industry/business knowledge, product expertise and Go-to-market (GTM) strategy. + Upskill and assist Integrated Sector (IS) Account Managers (AM) on YouTube products, best practices and ways of working with partner teams aligned with YouTube Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). + Create a YouTube AM Community that fosters collaboration (e.g., office hours), scales processes, and establishes consistency across the pods. + Navigate Go-To-Market (GTM) and advocate for IS Video AM needs and resources (e.g., reach planning, understand Google Ads versus Display Video 360 (DV360) campaign implementation, Demand Gen best practices, video measurement fundamentals) + Engage with end clients and business teams. Monitor campaign set up, troubleshooting campaign issues, identify optimization opportunities and supporting reporting (e.g., Campaign Reports, Total Opportunity, Value Delivered).
