ISHPI is a recognized industry leader in providing Cybersecurity support and consulting services to our Federal agency and Department of Defense partners. In this, we specialize in developing and performing Cybersecurity Engineering and Operations processes and activities to ensure systems and services achieve and maintain adequate levels of compliance and operational security posture throughout all phases of their lifecycle. We are currently seeking a candidates for this position to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) IT Support effort.
ResponsibilitiesPerforms video capturing and transfers video to a media streaming server. Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to the appropriate office for support of components and connections external to site VTC system. Performs routine performance testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations operate at optimal performance and capacity. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations. Schedules Audio/Video (AV/) VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule, and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services with outside agencies for executive-level users. Performs setup, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions. Provides client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the audio/visual and VTC equipment. Acts as equipment custodian and performs inventory asset management and accountability functions. Provides life cycle refresh projections for AV/VTC infrastructure and AV equipment build out projects.
QualificationsAccredited BS degree or higher and four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
Certification Requirement: Requires active DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II certification of either CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP.
Clearance Requirement: Selected candidate must a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain required security clearance. Active clearance preferred.
