We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Videographer/Editor to join our internal production unit in beautiful Miami, Florida. The Videographer/Editor will be responsible for overseeing the videography, producing and editing of a variety of multimedia projects. Projects include the gathering and editing of long-form and short-form content, shooting and editing of interview format shows, shooting of Associate headshots, generic b-roll and other video and still material as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working in a fast-paced, yet high quality production environment. Candidate should have the ability to quickly bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling and engaging visuals. Strong attention to detail is very important.

Your Responsibilities on the Team
Support daily operations of Lennar’s internal production unit/Lennar News Network (LNN) team.
Shoot and edit internal short-form content, external marketing vignettes and social video.
Gather and edit Associate headshots and day-in-the-life photography.
Conceptualize new ideas for internally produced and distributed content/social videos.
React quickly and professionally to revisions, new concepts and ideas.
Ensure that all content is edited to the most effective length.
Ensure the Lennar brand and culture are always displayed and communicated properly.
Oversee review/feedback loop and revisions plus distribution of completed videos to various channels.
Provide multiple creative solutions for executive needs, strategically aligned with the Lennar brand.
Strong understanding of encoding and converting video content into different formats for a variety of platforms.
Engage with executives and other Lennar Associates during on-camera interviews to make them comfortable and enable them to share their most compelling thoughts.
Research currently posted content viewership analytics and adapt accordingly to maximize views and engagement.
Archive video content, including raw footage and completed projects.
Ability to travel frequently and on short notice.
Positively respond to executive and management feedback.
Remain aware of current trends in video production and incorporate into newly produced content.
Videographer and location scout for internal/external & social videos filmed in Miami and other locations.
Provides photo retouching and builds and maintains a well-organized photo library of all assets.
Your Toolbox
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Beneficial to hold a Remote Pilot Small Unmanned Aircraft System License. (FAA Drone Pilot’s License)
Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of video and multimedia projects.
Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve.
Detailed understanding of various camera and audio equipment, as well as lighting techniques.
Familiarity with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D.
Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling narratives through editing techniques.
Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual consistency.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team environment.
A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and staying current with industry trends.
Experience in a fast paced, breaking news environment is helpful.
Live event production and direction is beneficial.
