The Global Events and ExhibitionsVIE will support the functional and administrative needs of the Global Events and Exhibitions team. This role will prioritize opportunities to enhance the execution of Tiffany & Co. Special Events and play a key role in organizing and strategizing international events and exhibitions, ensuring seamless execution, and enhancing client engagement. In addition they will assist in the facilitation, development and execution of programs, strategies and service support related to global events. These priorities will help to streamline TCO events and build confidence globally in developing the Events and Exhibitions segment of clients and sales for TCO.

Key Accountabilities:
Events and Exhibitions
Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of both domestic and international high jewelry events and exhibitions, including on-site support and event management Aid in sourcing and coordinating event components, such as custom dcor, live entertainment, client activations, and other experiential elements Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, PR, client relations, high jewelry, CVM, etc.) to ensure alignment of event concepts with Tiffany & Co.s branding guidelines and strategic business objectives Support in the enhancement of event tools and resources for bothday-to-day project responsibilities, agency and client and freelance team managementProject Management
Support the creation and execution of high-profile events, such as exclusive product launches, brand exhibitions, and new store openings Collaborate with teams to follow clear event goals, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand vision and strategic priorities Monitor and track event-related deliverables and resources throughout each phase of planning and execution for a seamless coordination. Assist in the development of project plans and timelines and proactively develop various components (event planning, decks, event bible, etc.), ensuring clear communication of deliverables within the team.Department Support
Provide research support on current trends in events, creative concepts, and innovative technologies to inspire event design and activations Assist with the development of event presentations, strategy documents, and operational plans Support as needed for Press, Exhibitions as well as, high end experience and high jewelry events.Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English both verbally and business writing Interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or academic background in event management, project coordination, or a related field Passion for luxury branding, fashion, jewelry, and the creative industries Proficient in CAD or comparable graphic design programs
