VIE, Operational Excellence

The Global Retail Operations team supports the elevation of the Tiffany brand through the introduction of physical and technological tools in our stores, transforming the client and employee experience across the store network. The Operational Excellence VIE will play a critical role in supporting key retail projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of global initiatives, and elevating the brand through robust project planning and task management. This role will be responsible for managing the launch of the SimpliField task management app across zones and adoption by retail teams, partnering with key stakeholders to drive successful implementation and animation. The VIE will ensure that every project and initiative aligns with the brands standards of excellence. Additionally, the VIE will support the central project management of tasks related to new store openings, supporting the transformation of the brand by ensuring that systems and processes not only meet operational readiness but also uphold and enhance the brands identity and values.

The salary for this position is 5072.76 per month.

Location: This is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Key Accountabilities:

SimpliField Application Launch

Partner with zone Retail Excellence teams and the SimpliField team to coordinate the launch of the SimpliField task management app, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specific zone requirements. Collaborate with the SimpliField team on delivery of train-the-trainer programs, ensuring all training materials and user guides are comprehensive and scalable for zone-level execution. Monitor app adoption and user engagement by analyzing key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal usage across zones and within the Global Retail Excellence team. Gather feedback from zone retail teams to drive system enhancements, collaborating closely with Tiffany internal IT and the SimpliField team on updates and improvements. Provide regular updates to Global and Zone Retail Excellence teams on the app's impact, adoption progress, and opportunities for optimization and additional use cases.

Store Development

Execute New Store Opening SOP, updating procedures & project management documents as processes evolve in corporate partner groups or programs: IT, Product Fulfillment, In-Store Assets (Wardrobe, Hospitality, Packaging & Collateral, Selling Tools) Update and Manage New Store Opening support tasks timelines, providing clear updates to corporate and zone partners on deadlines. Support New Market Entry requirements gathering and project planning: host project team meetings, maintain timelines, review and socialize requirements documentation to functional experts. Continue to develop New Market Entry Blueprint/template documents to guide future efforts in best practices. Develop and maintain documentation (training, procedures, etc) around the launch & adoption of elevated in-store assets for our retail teams, including Wardrobe, Hospitality, Selling Tools, Collateral, etc.

Ad hoc analysis for Operational Excellence team Support as needed for Global Retail Operations & Systems, Store Development and Retail Partners

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in English both verbal and written Degree or concentration in business, operations, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey critical information to corporate leadership and retail audiences. Fluency in English (verbal and written) Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with international teams and external partners. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing competing priorities while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with an understanding of how to use these tools for project execution and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of the luxury or retail industry. Previous experience or education in project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively. Experience working in a multicultural or global team environment.
