The Corrosion Inspection department is responsible for managing the integrity of the subsidiary's equipment. This includes establishing inspection programs for pressure equipment, piping, structures, floating units, pipelines, and lifting devices. The department is undergoing a transformation, incorporating new technologies and digital innovations to optimize its processes.
As an Inspection Methods & Optimization Engineer, below are your main responsibilities :
You will develop optimization tools, implementing a visual tool, particularly a Power BI dashboard, to optimize inspection plans and visualize long-term inspection programs,You will manage inspections by participating in the establishment of inspection programs for pressure equipment, piping, structures, floating units, pipelines, and lifting devices,You will contribute to the risk analysis of equipment and integrate these analyses into the inspection process,You will apply new technologies by using innovative technologies such as drones, robots, and artificial intelligence for inspections,Finally, you will work closely with field teams and provide regular reports on project progress.This position requires site visits 1 to 2 times per month.
