What is a VIE?

It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.

This is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. The position is not open to applicants based in Stockholm, Sweden. ABOUT THE ROLE

At The Absolut Group our people are at the heart of everything we do. To drive and execute TAG people agenda we have the best HR team inhouse that consists of 15 people based in Stockholm and Åhus. We are responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility and much more. Every day is different, no day is like the other here.

We are looking for a 1-year VIE as Learning & Development and HR Specialist based in Stockholm, Sweden.

You will work on a mix of Learning and Development as well as HR Generalist tasks, depending on workload and Business priorities. You will report to the Head of HRBP & L&D and work closely with the L&D Partner and HRIS Manager, located in Åhus and Stockholm. We will help you balance your tasks and make sure you will benefit and grow in both areas.

In this role the sky is the limit and there is plenty of things to do and experiment, however some of your more frequent tasks are:

Working closely with the HR team to ensure we deliver on business requirements and build competence for current and future learning needs.Support the L&D team to coordinate for training programs, work on our training & development budget as well as develop training initiatives in co-operation with internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate all trainings for FY25 already planned, to secure invitations are sent, attendance tracking etc.Support the budget management of Stockholm activities and reporting.Registration of Learnings in Workday and tracking of trainings.Support engagement surveys and other activities in the HR team.Support to our HRIS manager with specific Workday tasks, such as re-organizations, data quality checks etc.Responsibility for tracking and managing Contracted staff in Workday, with the support of HRIS managerHRIS/Workday projects, trainings and initiatives on a continuous basis and as needed.

Your qualifications:

University degree in Human Resources or equivalentAt least a first successful experience in HR in a multi-cultural environment  Experience from working in a FMCG company will be considered an advantageFluent in English (verbal and written)HRIS system experience (Workday).OUR OFFER
