Job Description

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Violations Review. This role involves reviewing red light violations captured by cameras at intersections throughout the country. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and the ability to manage work inbox/emails daily. This position requires the use of dual monitors and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

ResponsibilitiesReview photos and videos from red light and intersection cameras.Examine 2 still photos and 1 video (14-17 seconds) to determine if a violation occurred.Read and identify the license plate and the state of origin of the vehicle.Manage work inbox and emails daily.Perform heavy data entry tasks daily.Meet the metrics of 1,350 reviews and 160 approvals daily.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of data entry experience.Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Outlook.Office and clerical experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociates Degree.Knowledge of Excel.Strong attention to detail.Work Environment

The work environment is a quiet office setting with business casual attire. Employees spend 90% of their day at their desk reviewing photos and videos. There is a strict cell phone policy, and phones cannot be used during the workday. The team has set lunch times and the option to wear jeans on Fridays. The company moved into a newer office in 2023, which is conveniently located across from the old building. After going permanent based on performance and attendance, employees have the option to work remotely. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $16.00/hr.
