Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Violations Reviewer II who will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Violation Reviewers. This role involves assisting Violation Review Supervisors, processing supervisor approvals, and performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator.
ResponsibilitiesMonitor, review, and process violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.Process daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane.Manually correct owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.Assist in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.Identify and communicate effectively on areas with need for improved efficiencies.Review all violations processed by VR 1 members to ensure no errors are made.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills1+ years of management experience (retail experience is acceptable).Proficiency in computer skills including Word and Outlook.Experience in training and the ability to lead and provide support.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred.1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).Good English written and verbal communication skills.Accurate typing skills.Ability to see 20/20 vision with correction and differentiate light colors.Availability to work overtime when required.Work Environment
This position is based in a quiet office environment where 90% of the day is spent sitting at a desk reviewing photos and videos. The dress code is business casual with jeans allowed on Fridays. There is a strict cell phone policy where phones cannot be out during the day. The role offers consistent hours, a great company culture, and the possibility of fully remote work after being brought on permanently. Annual reviews and raises are provided, along with company benefits including health insurance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
