This position is responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and professional transportation to VIP members of Spotlight29 and Tortoise Rock Casinos to and from various locations as determined by management. In addition, we strive to deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and fellow Team Members. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards. This entails consistency performing our service expectations of: Welcoming, Proactive, Seamless, Personalized and Valued. Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled times as directed by management, ensuring safe and timely transportation to their destinations. Transport guests between property entrances and adjacent parking lots using company golf carts during periods of peak guest volumes and special events. Use knowledge of the local area, GPS, and/or mapping applications to ensure the shortest and safest route to destination. Communicate clearly and effectively with Valet Dispatch, seeking guidance for any unusual situations and before acting, when possible. Assist with guest luggage as needed. Aid ADA guests with their special needs, including assembling wheelchairs and scooters, helping with belongings, and providing support when entering or exiting vehicles. Inspect vehicles before and after each shift to ensure they are safe and in proper condition. Ensure the interior and exterior of the vehicle is clean and ready for use before starting and at the conclusion of each trip. Complete a pre and post-trip inspection in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Be thoroughly familiar with proper operation of vehicles. Take responsibility for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests. Operate the vehicle at all times with full awareness and alertness. Obey all driving traffic laws and regulations. Remain patient and a calm while driving in heavy traffic and adverse weather conditions, always demonstrating excellent guest service skills. Be knowledgeable of directions and property details for Spotlight29 and Tortoise Rock Casinos, and offer information and assistance to guests as needed. Stay informed about all gaming and non-gaming offerings, events, and promotions at Spotlight29 and Tortoise Rock Casinos. Always act courteously toward guests and fellow team members. Lock vehicles after each run and when unattended.  Vehicles should not be left unattended with passengers onboard. Always maintain confidentiality regarding conversations and interactions with guests and passengers. Driving record must be free of serious moving violations, multi-moving violations, DUI, or a suspended license.  Ensure compliance with all Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS) as well as all Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS). Present a positive image of the Tribal organization to its guests and vendors and to assist them as required. Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not require supervisory duties.

QualificationsEducation And Experience (Must Be Documented) One (1) year of experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or related experience. Ability to safely operate a limousine or shuttle. Ability to present a neat and professional appearance and demeanor. Must also be insurable to drive company and guest vehicles. Certification, Licenses And Any Additional Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Must pass periodic random drug screens. California Class “B” Driver’s License with a Passenger endorsement.   Must be able to pass background suitability investigation. Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License. Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses. Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment. Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required use repetitive movements to complete tasks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee may be occasionally required to work in low light conditions, and may be exposed to loud noise for extended periods.

Multiple locations. Some enterprises are open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week; therefore, you must be flexible to work any and all hours. Must be available for emergency calls 24/7. Must be available to work weekend and holidays. Some enterprises are gaming facilities. Some enterprises are not a smoke-free environment. Surveillance cameras and audio equipment monitor the premises recording activity throughout most of the facilities on 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis. Indian Preference Act
