The Crown Is Yours

Craft memorable experiences for our customers as a VIP Gifting & Merchandising Associate and ensure our VIP clientele receive exceptional gift experiences.  In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate packaging designs, optimize fulfillment workflows, and maintain quality standards for all gifts. While managing our merchandising inventory, fulfillment, and shipping, you will play a pivotal part in the VIP Gifting department and our Hospitality and Events strategy.

What you’ll do as a VIP Gifting & Merchandising Associate

Handle fulfillment of gift requests and shipping logistics to ensure accurate and timely delivery to recipients.

Partner with stakeholders to manage inventory and replenish stock of gifts and packaging materials, reordering as necessary to meet demand.

Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other documentation for outbound shipments and adhere to shipping regulations and compliance requirements.

Partner with external vendors, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ensure seamless integration of packaging and fulfillment processes while streamlining operations. 

Ideate gift packaging designs using various materials, techniques, and printing methods to create visually striking and functional packaging solutions.

Leverage data and reports to optimize process efficiency and provide support for events and functions where VIP gifting and merchandising activities are involved.

What you’ll bring   

At least 2 years of proven experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, packaging, or fulfillment logistics. 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to maintain high standards in packaging execution and fulfillment accuracy.

Knowledge of shipping logistics, carrier services, and fulfillment operations is a plus. 

Proficiency in packaging design software, such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, is a plus. 

Customer-first mindset with a focus on personalization.

Willingness to travel as necessary.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $55,200.00 - $82,800.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
