\n\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a VIP Services Coordinator, you would be responsible for providing office support in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nGreet and assist guests and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nPre arrival planning for VIP's and guests requests and amenities\nWork with Concierge to assist with pre arrival planning\nPerform word-processing, typing, e-mailing, data-entry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation\nAnswer telephones, schedule team members, process payroll and conduct inventory\nCoordinate department projects, as needed\nOversee maintenance of office equipment\nTrack Guest Comment Cards and feedback\nPerform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed\nWhat are we looking for?
