D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for anMLS Coordinatorin the Sales Marketing Department. The right candidate will support sales and marketing teams by creating, entering, and maintaining listings for homes into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Additional tasks may include organizing supplies, creating reports, and back up to Sales Administrators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create, enter, and maintain listings for the MLS on a timely basis and as assigned. This includes following up with sales agents for photos. Must comply with MLS rules and regulations Work with preferred broker partner in input and review of MLS Review requests for contingency approval and track contingencies for home closing purposesPull Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports for active subdivisions and upcoming subdivisions for home valuation reviewWork with various lenders in requests for home appraisalsPull comparable sales to send for appraisalReview requests for low value and send additional comparable sales as needed Assist marketing team in coordination of Quick Move-In Listings on digital platforms and MLSAssist sales and marketing management in review of loan qualification trackingAssist in managing the tracking of VIP Realtors including monthly reportsResearch market data to build a baseline for price points and home valuesWeekly open houses posted in all Multiple listing systemsManage multiple MLS’s while staying on track with each systems rules and regulations.24-hour reply required when MLS admins reach out for warnings of potential finesWeekly MLS audits with management—to ensure pricing is correct in each systemCommunicate and edit listing status with the community sales representative and ASMQuick and responsive attitude to entire sales teamWell organized individual with an understanding of urgency for tasks to be completedConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to work overtimeAbility to travel overnightRegular and reliable attendance

Education and/or Experience

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolTwo to four years related experience and /or trainingObtain and keep active, Real Estate License as needed by the division or determined by state requirementsMust have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license Ability to work well within a teamAbility to focus under pressure and comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and email

Preferred Qualifications

Prior working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a plus JD Edwards experienceKnowledge of real estate sales and transactions helpful
