We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Educator.   

The Lead & Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

Lead Generation

Planning and organizing activities to ensure effective coverage of territory and follow up of qualified leads Working cross functionally with various business units including inside sales to validate sales leads being generated. Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources. Establish relationships and develop rapport with designated health care professionals and key partners. Develop strategies to obtain office access and customer engagement. Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities to grow the referral customer base and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals. 

Sales

Overseeing and leading the identification of business opportunities, building, and fostering client relationshipsEnsuring the effective presentation of our client’s products to meet/exceed sales/ forecast and goals. Develop and act on a business plan which identifies opportunities for growth and help formulate sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals. Grow the business through the education of current and new referral sources.

Bachelor’s degree (minimum) required2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experienceDocumented, proven track record of successStrong collaboration skills requiredExperience in digital, tele, or related multi-channelSelf-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship building success via e-promotionEffective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines
