VIRTUAL/REMOTE AFTER HOURS ON CALL COORDINATOR:

Flat rate of: $25.00 per day and additional hourly wage for each call received and recorded based on length of call - $15.00 per hour.

Location: Work from HomeOn Call Rotation/Schedule:

Work Monday to Thursday during the hours of 5pm-830am Friday 5pm to Monday 830a (through the weekend).

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate After-Hours On-Call Representative to support our home care agency's operations during non-business hours. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring smooth communication between clients, families, and staff while maintaining continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Respond to calls immediately after business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, from existing clients, families, employees, and potential clients. Client Support: Address concerns, provide updates, and ensure client needs are met with professionalism and empathy. Staff Coordination: Handle caregiver callouts by locating and scheduling replacement staff promptly to ensure uninterrupted care. New Client Inquiries: Engage with potential clients to answer questions about our services, gather initial information, and schedule consultations for follow-up during regular business hours. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues related to care delivery, staffing, or scheduling. Documentation: Record all calls and actions in the system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service, healthcare, or home care setting is preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Comfort with on-call scheduling and availability after business hours. Familiarity with home care services and staffing coordination is a plus. Proficiency in using scheduling software and basic computer applications.

Requirements:

A current, C.NA state certification in the State of North Carolina and in good standing - preferred A unlicensed Home Health Aide/Personal Care Attendant and in good standing High school diploma or GED Minimum one (1) year of documented Customer Service experience is required Must possess a drivers license and auto insurance. Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
