What Will You Do?

Ashley Furniture is the #1 furniture retailer in the US, and we are seeking professionals for our Virtual Sales Advisor position with the ability to create an in-store experience via multiple different online platforms. Using an on-line chat feature, we aim not only to answer general questions they may have, but also be their trusted sales advisor and educate them on other services we offer.

Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or instore using on-line chat feature.Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience.Provides timely and accurate information to the guest and places a summary of the interaction into a customer relationship management systemResearches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisionsUpsells products and servicesOffers and explains available payment optionsEnters sales orders and accepts paymentsInitiates outbound communication to guests with the intent of driving promotional campaigns via emailSupports the recovery of guest salesMeets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goalsRemains up to date on all the products and services that the company offersInteracts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values.Training weekly to expand knowledge and grow as a professional agentWilling to work in a team environment and work individually.

What Do You Need?

Must have 1-2 years of sales experienceProficient in technology, computer literacy and typingRequired to follow all scripts, policies and procedures as provided, and comply with guest experience trainingMust be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include early morning, night and weekend shiftsInternet connections at home
