Purpose of the role

To promote JJ products among UK HCPs through virtual channels and, where required, hybrid settings. In doing so, to deliver excellent virtual customer engagement through a variety personal digital channels. Your role will be to engage prescribers and their immediate MDT team to drive prescriptions and brand growth.

What to expect:

You will clinically promote JJ Cancer Therapy medicines across Integrated Care Systems through a ‘selling tactical implementation plan’, or business plan for short, focused primarily but not exclusively on prioritised NHS Trusts.

Your primary role as a virtual Therapy Specialist will be to lead the business plan for implementation within NHS Trusts and other defined local accounts as agreed with Business Leaders. In Hospital Trusts and other agreed system customers you will deliver specific tactics to support appropriate local uptake of medicines in agreement with your Virtual Engagement Manager (VEM) and Strategic Access Manager (SAM).

You will also clinically promote JJ Cancer medicines in wider parts of Integrated Care System to ensure that patient uptake of, and access to, JJ Medicines is optimised. Other ICS system stakeholders could include Primary Care Network (PCN) Cancer customers and/ or Cancer Locality Groups dependent on the Strategic Account Plan agreed with your VEM/ SAM.

A detailed and in-depth understanding of NHS Trust health priorities, local NHS Trust Pathways and inter-connectivity of the patient journey to other system pathways will be a core requirement to inform effective business planning customer engagement.

Who are we looking for?

To excel in this role, you will be:

· Able to translate complex data into customer value propositions

o Specialism in relevant therapy area(s), disease area(s) and product(s)

o Ability to learn quickly and digest large volumes of scientific, clinical and commercial data

o Translate data into actionable insights and value propositions

o Partner with the customer to improve their health economics and patient pathways

· Familiar and excited to sell virtually and work with digital channels

o Experience with selling, account management and KOL development through virtual channels

o Ability to engage customers across a range of digital channels, including webcall, phone call, virtual sales aid, and virtual (peer-to-peer) events

o Performance improvement by defining, monitoring and learning from digital KPIs, both on quantity and quality of engagements

· Highly collaborative across functions and brands in a remote setting

o Comfortable with working in a highly matrixed environment

o Build long-lasting relationships:

§ Internally, across functions (Strategic Access, Services Solutions, Medical, Marketing) and brand teams

§ Externally, across the clinical multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and at multiple levels in the NHS and Private settings

o Ability to apply systems-level thinking, looking for opportunities to add value to customers by making full use of the range of JJ services and solutions

· Comfortable with change, resilient, and driven by Innovation

o Ability to manage a portfolio of products across multiple therapy areas

o Agility to adapt account plans and selling style as business priorities evolve over time and in response to market events
