Job Summary:

Construction Digital and Technology (CD&T) is searching for a VisionLink Deployment Manager to build global opportunity models, oversee and coordinate all VisionLink deployment solutions, training, & ongoing maintenance & growth for a significant customer or specific customer group. Along with VisionLink this individual will also become involved with the entire CD&T product portfolio. This individual will also work closely with Caterpillar partners to maintain strong customer relationships. What You Will Do:

This role also is expected to work with the customers and dealers during the VisionLink solution deployment process.

The role will work with supporting Integrated Component and Solutions (ICS) team members to aid site problem solving which may consist of hardware, software, or network troubleshooting.

The role will work directly with Caterpillar customers and dealer network, interface with cutting edge construction technology, global team collaboration, and exposure to all of Caterpillar’s machine product groups

Education requirement:

Requires a bachelor’s degree.

Proficiency with Account, Customer, Dealer Management, or Project Management

Working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve technical goals.

Maintaining thorough and clear documentation of technical processes and solutions.

Comfortable with network troubleshooting equipment.

Working knowledge with other technology, Remote Control, or automation on construction machines or automotive industries.

Acting as a consultant to help the customer make informed decisions.

Establishing credibility and trust through expertise and reliability.

Tailoring the sales approach to align with the customer's unique situation.

Knowledge in the construction machine industry.

Additional Information:

The location for this position is Mossville, IL

Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.

Candidates must be willing to travel 50-75%, both domestically and internationally. The first year will involve extensive travel.

Summary Pay Range:

$144,960.00 - $217,320.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
