Job OverviewThe University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for a full-time, Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology position for the Behavioral Science Department, beginning August 15, 2025.
Essential Functions Teach four courses per semester, such as, but not limited to, Introduction to Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, and Sensation and Perception. This is a face-to-face program, but there may be opportunities to teach some online courses Participate in department and college service, such as, but not limited to, collecting data from courses for program assessment, attending department meetings, and representing the department at various university functions Engage in professional development activities, such as, but not limited to, training and workshops to help faculty teach online, implement active learning strategies in the classroom or support creating course assessment tools Minimum RequirementsPrior to the effective date of the appointment, the candidate should have all of the following:
A PhD in Psychology (candidates who have completed all coursework for a PhD program and are considered ABD will be considered). Teaching experience that is equivalent to teaching 4 semester-based undergraduate courses.
This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
