The positions are funded by a major appropriation from the New Jersey legislature to Rutgers Law School that is in its third year and is expected to continue, and by a three-year grant from the New Jersey State Bar Foundation (NJSBF).  Each position will be for an initial one-year appointment with the potential for renewal for up to three years.  Appointment for the non tenure visiting faculty position may be as a visiting assistant, associate, or full professor depending on experience and other considerations.  Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis so interested candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible.  Visiting Clinical Professor, Gender Justice Clinic The visiting clinical professor will co-teach with an experienced clinician in a newly constituted Gender Justice Clinic.
