The Visiting Researcher (Scholar) studies molecular and cellular mechanisms that underlie inflammatory neuropathic pain and itch.
Among the key duties of the position are the following: Designs/performs experiments related to cellular and molecular pain development, analyzes data, writes manuscripts, and presents results. Develop standards, methodologies, and instrumentation for molecular biological experiments. Trains clinical fellows, students. Assists in the writing of grants. Keeps abreast of all pertinent federal, state and Rutgers’ regulations, laws and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified. Understands and adheres to Rutgers’ compliance standards as they appear in RBHS’s Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Performs other related duties as assigned. Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Day Work Arrangement This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.
