Job Summary:
Customer service position providing access credentials to visitors at Arnold Air Force Base, as well as identification cards (military ID and other common access cards) to base employees.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct verification and issue all Department of Defense (DoD) credentials to military, military retirees, and military dependents, DoD civilians and base contractor personnel
Use Air Force systems and workstations to issue the Common Access Card (CAC)
Update CACs as necessary to reflect changes in personal information
Terminate CACs as necessary and execute revocation requests
Explains military ID policies and entitlements to customers
Issue other base access credentials to visitors such as vendors and test customers
Account for and maintain security for all DoD Forms used in producing base credentials
Verify, prepare and issue various types of entry and identification credentials
Responsible for protecting the privacy/confidentiality of personnel data
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Must be a U.S. Citizen to work at Arnold AFB
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to maintain qualification and authority to carry firearms
Desired Qualifications:
