VISITOR MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibility for effectively operating the Visitor Management system and processing all visitors into the facility in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Ability to follow oral instructions. Ability to work without close supervision. Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences. One year in a healthcare or customer service related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
