In this role, you will:

Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Record COBOL programs in CICS/VSAM/JCL environmentUnderstand the Design and Requirements and develop and execute custom application features and functionsUnderstand the BRD and break the requirements into MVP’s and storiesCreate estimates for small to medium size projectsCreate high level design and as well as analyse and develop code as per specificationsFollow standards and controls to ensure quality of outcomeSupport production deployment and post development implementation activitiesPerform application support as necessary; participate in the Crisis Calls for production incidentsIdentify and work on system performance improvement

Experience in development and maintenance of medium to complex banking applications such as credit card processingStrong knowledge of VisionPLUS product.Strong hands-on working knowledge in one or more VisionPLUS modules viz. CMS, FAS, TRAMS, LTS, WINGSFM etc.Strong knowledge of COBOL and CICSWell versed with Mainframe technologies such as Endevor, Changeman and batch scheduling activities.Experience in design and development of medium complex problemsGood knowledge and experience of DevOps Agile disciplineStrong interpersonal and communications skills
