Kitchensurfing empowers people to eat together and to eat purposefully by bringing personal chefs into their home kitchens. Design at Kitchensurfing focuses on the customer experience, including designing and building the software that supports customers, chefs, and our internal team to bring great meals to peoples homes. We also strive to improve the end-to-end experience and service design for all touch points for customer and chef, from booking meals to helping chefs do their best work to making sure the meal experience is a delight. We advocate for a customer-centered approach, leveraging formal and scrappy research, and are always looking for new ways to anticipate and answer to the needs of real people. As a visual design associate, you will be helping to support the design team in day-to-day product design tasks, focusing on visual design and motion graphics for web andor mobile, and gain experience with how user experience and visual design interplay at a fast-paced startup environment.
